Accessibility at the Museum of Cycladic Art

The Museum of Cycladic Art in collaboration with the company HandsUp, aiming at the accessibility and inclusion of all its deaf and hard of hearing visitors, offers a special experience on the 1st and 4th floors with specially designed videos (automated tour) in Greek sign language, but and international meanings for visitors from abroad. The videos have simultaneous subtitles in Greek and English. At the same time, you will find accessible videos on the museum’s website.

In the main building of the Museum you can see the permanent collections:
1st floor: Cycladic Culture
2nd floor: Ancient Greek Art. A picture story.
3rd floor: Ancient Cypriot Art
4th floor: Ancient Greek Art. Scenes from everyday life
life in Antiquity.

The shop and the Museum Cafe are located on the ground floor. The ticket costs €7 for the regular ticket and €3.50 for the reduced ticket.
Persons with a disability card are entitled to free entry to the Museum’s permanent collections.
Opening hours: Monday – Wednesday – Friday – Saturday: 10:00 – 17:00
Thursday: 10:00 – 20:00
Sunday: 11:00 – 17:00
Tuesday: closed
*Last entry: 15 minutes before the Museum closes.

The Museum operates two periodical exhibition spaces:
In the Stathatou Mansion, which communicates with the building the main building internally, through the Cafe.
In the new Dollis Goulandris wing, opposite the ticket office of the main building.
